Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Beetroot Wrap Dough

  1. Combine whole wheat flour, beetroot puree, olive oil, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl, .
  2. Add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and roll out thin wraps.
  4. Heat a pan and cook each wrap on both sides until lightly golden. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Filling

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté capsicum for 1-2 minutes.
